We specialise in using drama, movement and art in our sessions to explore, understand and experience change. We run the following programmes for entry level, mid-level and senior level employees and management.

SAMYOG

​

We use drama and movement to explore effective ways to work with each other and communicate effectively in the workplace.

 

Objectives: Effective collaboration, listening skills, communication skills, empathy, critical thinking, creative problem-solving, leadership skills.

Duration: This programme can be offered as a 1-day or 2 or more days workshop, depending upon your requirements.

Who is this for: For all participants across different levels to improve teamwork and communication between the different levels within the organisation.

SAMANVAY

 

Using applied theatre tools, we aim to better understand the importance of diversity and inclusivity in the workplace and make the workplace a safe and inclusive space. 

 

Objectives: Empathy, communication skills, listening skills, creative problem-solving.

Duration: This programme can be offered as a 1-day or 2 or more days workshop, depending upon your requirements.

Who is this for: This is for entry level, mid-level and senior level employees.

Using the tools of Theatre of the Oppressed, we can explore the various conflicts present in the workplace and give participants the tools to resolve these conflicts creatively and effectively

Duration: This programme can be offered as a 1-day or 2 or more days workshop, depending upon your requirements.

Who is this for: This is for entry level, mid-level and senior level employees.

SAMEEKRITA

We use drama, movement and art to explore the importance of good mental health in the workplace and help participants develop a self-care ritual for themselves. 

 

Objectives: To enable participants to explore and understand the importance of good mental health in the workspace to enable them to be productive and motivated, think creatively and develop a self-care ritual that is personal to them.

Duration: This programme can be offered as a 1-day or 2 or more days workshop, depending upon your requirements, with the possibility of follow-up sessions.

Who is this for: This is for entry level, mid-level and senior level employees.
